Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ContributeAI's websites and services. By using the services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, your users, and keeping credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws when using the services.
2. Acceptable use
- Do not use the services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the services.
- You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to record or process calls in your jurisdiction.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed per your order or subscription. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated. Enterprise terms (custom pricing, SLA, invoicing) are set out in a separate order form or MSA.
4. Customer data
You retain ownership of your data. You grant us the rights needed to provide the services. We process data per our Privacy Policy and, for enterprise customers, a Data Processing Addendum.
5. Service levels & support
Enterprise plans include a contractual uptime SLA and support commitments as described in your order form. See our Security page for reliability details.
6. Intellectual property
ContributeAI and its licensors retain all rights in the services, software, and content we provide. You may not copy or resell the services except as permitted.
7. Warranties & liability
The services are provided "as is" except as expressly stated. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited as set out in your order form or, absent one, the fees paid in the prior 12 months.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate per the order form or for material breach. Upon termination, your right to use the services ends; we will make your data available for export for a limited period.
