This Privacy Policy explains how Contribute AI LLC ("ContributeAI", "we") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our websites and services.
1. Information we collect
- Account & contact information — name, email, company, and billing details you provide.
- Service data — call transcripts, calendar events, and configuration you use with our virtual agents (processed to provide the service).
- Usage & device data — log data, IP address, and analytics to operate and improve the service.
2. How we use information
- To provide, secure, and improve the services.
- To communicate with you about your account, support, and updates.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use customer service data to train third-party models.
3. Sharing
We share data only with sub-processors that help us operate the service (e.g., Google Cloud), under contract, and as required by law. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.
4. Data retention & security
We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. Call transcripts are used for intent detection and deleted after the session or per your retention policy. See our Security page for controls (encryption, SSO, audit logs).
5. Your rights
Depending on your location (GDPR/CCPA), you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data. Contact privacy@contributeai.org. Enterprise customers can request a Data Processing Addendum (DPA).
6. International transfers
We offer regional data residency (US, EU) for enterprise customers and use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
7. Children
Our services are for businesses and not directed to children under 13.
